Question 1

How long until my order ships?

Accepted Answer

Every item is printed on demand just for you, so production usually takes 2–5 business days. Then shipping takes about 3–8 business days for Standard, 3–5 for Priority and 1–3 for Express. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Question 2

Can I change or cancel my order?

Accepted Answer

Orders go into production quickly, so changes aren't always possible. Email orders@reelfunnygoods.com right away with your order number and we'll do our best. Once printing starts, an order can't be changed or cancelled.

Question 3

How do I track my order?

Accepted Answer

You'll get an email with your tracking link as soon as your order ships. You can also use Track my order (at the bottom of every page) with your email and order number.

Question 4

My tracking says delivered but I don't have it. What now?

Accepted Answer

Check around your door, with neighbors and your mailbox, and wait one more day, since carriers sometimes mark packages early. If it still hasn't shown up, email orders@reelfunnygoods.com with your order number. Note that we aren't responsible for packages lost or stolen after the carrier marks them delivered.

Question 5

Who makes and ships the products?

Accepted Answer

Our products are printed, packed and shipped by our independent print-on-demand partner and its shipping carriers.

Question 6

Can I return or exchange an item?

Accepted Answer

Because every item is printed on demand just for you, all sales are final. We can't accept returns or exchanges, including for the wrong size or a change of mind.

Question 7

My item arrived damaged or misprinted. What do I do?

Accepted Answer

Email orders@reelfunnygoods.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the problem. We review every case, and any reprint, credit or refund is at our discretion.

Question 8

How do I pick the right size?

Accepted Answer

Check the size chart on each product page before ordering, and compare it with a shirt or hoodie you already own. Since items are made to order, sizes can't be exchanged.

Question 9

Will the colors look exactly like the photos?

Accepted Answer

Colors can look a little different on screens than in person, and small differences in print placement are normal for printed-on-demand products.

Question 10

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept PayPal and major credit and debit cards through PayPal's secure checkout. We never see or store your full card number.

Question 11

Why do I have to sign the Terms of Sale?

Accepted Answer

Before paying, every buyer agrees to our Terms of Sale and types their name as a signature. It keeps things clear for both of us about payment, final sales and how to reach us with any problem.

Question 12

Do I need an account to order?

Accepted Answer

No, you can check out as a guest. A free account lets you see your order history, save your address and keep a wishlist.
